No, we offer fair rates, based on your data, without the need for a co-signer. You can still use a co-signer, and it can help your application, but it’s not required.
Do I qualify as a newcomer?
Our customers have been in Canada for 5 years or less or are newly arrived. If you are over 18, have Canadian citizenship or PR status, and lack a Canadian credit score, this is for you!
What can I use a newcomer loan for?
You can use your loan however you like — often for a larger expense, such as a wedding, renovation, or special purchase – but it’s completely up to you.
